A Bradel binding featuring Italian patent leather spine with a high gloss embossed alligator pattern and cloth over boards. The inset cover label and endsheets are Canson Mi-Teintes paper. Head & tail bands are handmade with Chieftain goatskin from J. Hewit & Sons. The edition is printed letterpress on Neenah cotton and is housed in a cloth covered clamshell enclosure. The text pages are set in digital Monotype Bell and is printed with two colors on the title, introduction & chapter pages. Chapter openings include a halftone image which is printed letterpress with the text.
