Numbered Edition – During one of our quality control inspections, we discovered certain issues related to the printing of the book. These issues were caused by poor quality control at the offset printer. As a result, the books do not meet with our standards. This will cause a delay as we work to resolve the situation with the printer. We cannot say how long this delay will be, but we will update this page when we have more information. We apologize for this, and appreciate your patience.
