The Artist edition is limited to 750 copies, and is includes a dust jacket with an illustration by Art Werger. It is a smyth-sewn full cloth binding with a foil blocked cover. The text pages are set in Requiem and are printed offset on archival Cougar paper. The artwork in this edition is reproduced from copper plate intaglio illustrations.
