Hill House Escutcheons

June 5, 2018

es·cutch·eon
noun

  1. a shield or emblem bearing a coat of arms.
  2. a flat piece of metal for protection and often ornamentation, around a keyhole, door handle, or light switch.

I arrived home the other day to find these ghastly faces awaiting me at my doorstep! Indeed, the very entrance to Hill House itself has arrived in the mail, and I had to share a closer look at these little guys with you.

These escutcheons are cast in solid fine pewter and finished in antique brass. They will appear on the box of the Lettered Edition of The Haunting of Hill House.

The attention to detail kills me. All those little things add up to exellence.
