Candela Ines Mirabella

Candela Mirabella studied graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in Bahía Blanca, Argentina. Following that, she began to teach herself how to bind a book. In 2010 she began regular instruction with Sol Rébora and later with Eduardo Tarrico. A few years later she moved to Mexico City where she study classical binding and artistic decoration under Martín Farfán Patiño. She also took courses with Pascal Thérond, Susana Dominguez Martin, Tatsuya Inuikawa and Antonio Vélez Celemín, among others.

Currently Candela lives and works in Mexico City, offering Bookbinding services and teaching private classes. She also brings many other binders from around the world to Mexico City to develop their knowledge.
